Coach Hodson brings a unique blend of financial industry expertise and performance psychology to his coaching practice. He spent 23 years working in financial services, giving him firsthand insight into the pressures, demands, and decision-making challenges financial professionals face daily. He holds an MBA in Finance, further grounding his coaching approach in the practical realities of the industry he now serves.
He has deep experience coaching and developing business professionals throughout their careers, helping them build the mental skills, resilience, and self-awareness needed to perform at a high level and grow into future leaders.

Coach Hodson has been a long-time baseball instructor and mental performance coach at numerous facilities in the NY/NJ area. His responsibilities included coaching elite high school players, co-directing college recruiting efforts, and leading mental skills programs for amateur and professional athletes.
He served as a Mental Skills Coach at Monmouth University for two seasons and previously spent two seasons in the same role at Wagner College.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Performance Psychology from National University and is currently pursuing his Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) designation through the Association for Applied Sports Psychology (AASP), where he is an active member.
